Mechanical seal
It adopts imported double end mechanical sealing and forced recycle cooling system with sealing liquid. So, it don’t need extract pump for recycling. Sealing coolant can mix with grinding material solvent to prevent the pollution from leakage of normal mechanical sealing.
控制系统
变频无极调速,可防爆，操作简单，可PLC远程控制操作，带连锁控制系统，多部位报警系统，双缸切换功能。通过模块操作数据的记录，确保了今后生产的重复性
Control system
It has function with frequency control (explosion-proof option), easy operation with linkage control system and multi-position alarm system. Also, it can be remotely operated by PLC. The recording data through module operation can make sure repeatability of manufacturing.研磨筒体组件
研磨腔组件采用耐磨钢经热处理，或碳化硅/陶瓷/聚氨酯组成，使用寿命是普通砂磨机的3倍，具有特高硬度和耐磨性
Assembly of grinding cylinder
It consists of abrasion-resistant steel after heat treatment or silicon carbide/ceramics/polyurethane with high grade hardness and abrasion performance. As a result, the using life can be 3 times of normal sanding machine.
出料系统
采用动态分离与静态分离的大流量出料结构，通过改良后的出料口设置于出料法兰的中下部，降低了物料沉淀时带来分离器的堵塞。出料端盖及出料分离器处均设计强力冷却装置，有效控制物料温度
Discharge system
Adopting large discharge structure of dynamic and static separation and the improved discharge outlet setting on the lower part of discharge flange, it deduce the block of separator during material depositing. Discharge cover and separator are equipped with strong cooling unit for effective controlling of materials temperature.
